Motoren der Klasse IE5.<\/p>\n<details class=\"ex\">\n<summary>Funktionsprinzip<\/summary>\n<div class=\"ex-body\">\n<p>VEX100CF bringt gefilterte Aussenluft in das Geb\u00e4ude und gewinnt W\u00e4rme aus der Abluft mithilfe seines hocheffizienten W\u00e4rmetauschers zur\u00fcck. Die einstr\u00f6mende Luft kann mit einer umfangreichen Auswahl an Heiz- und K\u00fchlregistern erw\u00e4rmt und\/oder gek\u00fchlt werden. Als VEX100 mit Gegenstromw\u00e4rmetauscher erf\u00fcllt die Serie die geltenden Energievorschriften (ErP18).<\/p>\n<p>VEX140CF, 150CF und 160CF k\u00f6nnen horizontal oder vertikal bestellt werden, VEX170CF nur horizontal. Empfehlung: Aufgrund der Lage der Luftwege besteht das Risiko, dass Kondensat mitgerissen wird \u2013 wir empfehlen das Zubeh\u00f6r V100CFCONTUBE (Kondensatablauf f\u00fcr die Fortluftseite), notwendig bei hohen Abluftfeuchten.<\/p>\n<p>Der Gegenstromtauscher aus Aluminium ist so konzipiert, dass das Verh\u00e4ltnis zwischen W\u00e4rmer\u00fcckgewinnung und Druckverlust optimal verteilt ist \u2013 sehr hoher Temperaturwirkungsgrad bei geringem Energieverbrauch. Dadurch wird ein niedriger Schallleistungspegel erzielt und die Entstehung von K\u00e4ltebr\u00fccken minimiert.<\/p>\n<p>Die Kombination aus Hightech-EC-Motoren und dem Motorcontroller von EXHAUSTO f\u00fchrt zu sehr niedrigem Energieverbrauch, w\u00e4hrend das EXstream-Ventilatorlaufrad eine hohe Leistung gew\u00e4hrleistet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXstream Performance:<\/strong> Alle Ger\u00e4te sind mit dem EXstream-Zentrifugalrad von EXHAUSTO ausger\u00fcstet, das mit niedrigem Energieverbrauch und niedrigem Schallpegel zu den besten am Markt z\u00e4hlt.<\/p>\n<p>Der leicht zug\u00e4ngliche Anschlusskasten mit integriertem Reparaturschalter und automatischen Sicherungen gew\u00e4hrleistet einfachen Zugang. Die austauschbaren Panelfilter sind als Grob 85% (M5) oder ePM1 55% (F7) erh\u00e4ltlich (EN779). Die Serie wird mit integriertem Wasser- oder Elektroheizregister geliefert.<\/p>\n<p>Der Montagesockel (verstellbare F\u00fcsse 130\u2013160 mm) ist Zubeh\u00f6r bei VEX140CF\u2013160CF und Standard bei VEX170CF. Die Motorsektionen sind an Schwingungsd\u00e4mpfern aufgeh\u00e4ngt und zwecks einfacher Wartung ausziehbar; Flexverbindungen zum Kanalsystem sind nicht erforderlich.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details class=\"ex\">\n<summary>Montage<\/summary>\n<div class=\"ex-body\">\n<p>Die VEX100CF-Ger\u00e4teserie kann gegen Aufpreis als SPLIT-Ausf\u00fchrung bestellt werden. Bei beengten Platzverh\u00e4ltnissen kann der Transport zum Aufstellort schwierig oder unm\u00f6glich sein \u2013 das Ger\u00e4t wird dann wie gewohnt im Werk gefertigt und getestet, jedoch ohne Abdichtung. Am Aufstellort kann es durch einen von EXHAUSTO by Aldes autorisierten Kundendiensttechniker einfach getrennt, in Einzelteilen transportiert, wieder montiert und abgedichtet werden. Dies stellt h\u00f6here Anforderungen an die Nachheizregisterleistung, erspart jedoch ein teures Vorheizregister. Ohne Nachheizregister kann keine Bypassfunktion stattfinden \u2013 wir empfehlen daher immer ein Nachheizregister f\u00fcr einen kontinuierlichen Betrieb.<\/p>\n<p>Der W\u00e4rmetauscher l\u00e4sst sich durch Temperatur- oder Druckregelung gegen Frost sch\u00fctzen. Standard ist der temperaturgeregelte Vereisungsschutz: Der Temperaturf\u00fchler im W\u00e4rmetauscher leitet die Enteisung beim Erreichen einer bestimmten Temperatur ein (ab Werk 0 \u00b0C, in der Automatik \u00e4nderbar).<\/p>\n<p>Der druckgeregelte Vereisungsschutz ist als Zubeh\u00f6r lieferbar (Air Flow Control AFC und Defrost Pressure DEP).
